The club in Israel
During my trip to Israel, my group stopped in Jaffa for a night out. The organization providing the tour had rented out the club to make sure nothing bad could happen, such as fights or whatnot. We were being accompanied by a few Israeli soldiers like this girl in the picture.
What is so interesting about this picture is that she is still wearing her rifle. As we all know, a soldier is never to let their gun out of sight, so she brought it into the club. I would have danced with her, but as an American, I was scared of the gun while she carried it like it was her baby. The night was still quite enjoyable and nothing bad happened!
